Tarta Carmen



Hay días que una está inspirada y además quiere aprovechar cosillas.......así sale la tarta Carmen.

Ingredientes para el bizcocho.

250 gr azucar
100 gr harina, 100 maicena
6 huevos (separar yemas y montar las claras a punto de nieve)
100 gr mantequiilla
1 limon
1 cucharada levadura

Batir energicamente el azucar con las yemas, cuando tome un aspecto blanquecino añadir poco a poco la harina mezclada con la maicena y la levadura, la mantequilla derretida, la corteza del limón y por último las claras montadas. Poner en un molde engrasado con mantequilla y al hornbo precalentado a 180º durante unos 40 minutos (o que salga un palillo limpio).
Se deja enfriar y se corta en tres.

Se prepara un almibar ligero con medio vaso de agua, medio de azúcar (se lleva a ebullición y cuando esté meclado se separa del fuego y se añade ron o cualquier licor que os guste). Se deja enfriar y se bañan las láminas de bizcocho.

Se montta...lámina de bizcocho, las natillas de fresa duritas tipo crema pastelera, lámina de bizcocho, crema chantilly (nata montada con azúcar glass), bizcocho y ahora un glass de fresa que se hace con azúcar glass, una clara de huevo poniébndolo al fuego sin dejar de mover y añladiendo algo de mermelada de fresa o sirope mejor...cuando espese se deja enfriar y se pinta la tarta. Se ponene unos adornos de la chantilly si os sobra y lista...tras enfriar claro.

    I do have a couple of questions for you if it's okay. Could it be simply me or do a few of the comments appear like they are coming from brain dead people? :-P And, if you are writing at additional sites, I would like to keep up with anything new you have to post.
