Como últimamente ando dando la vuelta a las recetas para adaptarlas a mi dieta y hoy os presento esta rica tarta de manzana. Los intolerantes podemos disfrutar de una fantástica tarta y el resto de la familia también.
Como todas las otras recetas e puede adaptar a una dieta normal variando el tipo de leche y de harinas.
Ingredientes
4 manzanas tipo golden
250 ml. de leche de arroz
3 huevos
50 g de margarina de maiz
5 cucharadas rasas de maizena
1 sobre de levadura sin gluten o levadurina
80 gr de fructosa
Caramelo: 75g de azúcar y 2 cucharadas de agua
Mermelada de cabello de ángel (yo utilicé de la Vieja Fábrica)
Preparación
Verter el azúcar y el agua para hacer el caramelo, y verter en un molde apto para el microondas. Poner a potencia maxima de 5 a 8 minutos dependiendo de cada micro. dejar enfriar.
Colocar encima del caramelo las manzanas peladas y cortadas en láminas (todas excepto una). Batir los huevos, la leche, la margarina, la maizena, la manzana restante pelada y en dados y la levadura. Verter sobre las manzanas con cuidado.
Poner la tarta en el microondas durante 5 minutos. dejar reposar sin sacarla 5 minutos y volver a cocinar 3 minutos más. Dejar reposar media hora, bañar con la mermelada de cabello de ángel disuelta con una pizca de agua en el micro (para que sea más sencillo extenderla), desmoldar con cuidado y dejar enfriar.
Rápida y rica.
Que buena es la tarta de manzana, nunca me canso de ella, de hecho podría comerla a diario. Te ha quedado estupenda.
